We gladly use our network of contacts to help our players, if they deserve it. That means we have to consider the player as good enough on and off the field. It is about good performances in training and matches over time, excellent fitness attitudes and personal qualities.
Mallorca Toppfotball helps players over time to meet these requirements, and it is part of our vocational education of full-time players.
