Introduction
F.C. Mallorca Toppfotball Future is a special offer for 4-6 Spanish girls in the club, which has the ambitions and prerequisites for becoming top players in the future. They may wish to exercise a lot and with high quality. The players receive special follow-up, as well as offers to train with the A team in Segunda División.
The group will consist mainly of hard-hitting Spanish players who are relevant to the regional team, which in the long run may be players in Primera Divisiòn for F.C. Mallorca Toppfotball Femenina.
The future team acts as a link between the B team and the A team and is subject to the A team.
Philosophy
The idea is to prepare the biggest talent in the club for games at the A team in Segunda División, and make the transition from being a talent to become an established A-team player for F.C. Mallorca Toppfotball. Players belonging to F.C. Mallorca Toppfotball Future must keep a level equivalent to that they can train with the A team.
When the player is ready for relegation to the A team, we will consider whether the player will be taken out of F.C. Mallorca Toppfotball Future, to give the place in the group to others. This means that the group is dynamic and should not exceed six players a year because we are concerned with close and individual follow-up.
Being in this group commits! There are high demands on everyday life and they must be willing to bet for football. They may lose the space in the group along the way if the requirements are not met.
Objectives:
- Recruit players to the A team
- Give local Spanish girls the opportunity to play high levels near home, school, family and friends
