Mallorca Toppfotball was founded by Leif Tsolis in 2005, under the name Scandinavian Football School, and has since run both 2 and 6 months professional football academies in Alcudia, Mallorca. In 2015 and in connection with our 10th anniversary, we changed name from Scandinavian Football School to Mallorca Toppfotball, and at the same time launched the new offer of 1-year academy.

During the period 1996-2004, Thorleif Holme and Ørjan Sandal, Team Fotballtalent Mallorca, which was a professional football school over 6 months in the winter. In the years 1985 - 1991, Thorleif Holme ran 6 months of sports schools in Alcudia, Mallorca. Thorleif Holme started with sports schools already in the mid 80's, so our story extends over a period of over 30 years!

On the women's side we have had students who have played or play on national youth teams and for top clubs in Norway, Spain, Denmark and Cyprus. Our former students play / have played in top clubs like Vålerenga, F.C. Mallorca Toppfotball (Spain), Avaldsnes, Røa, Stabæk, Kolbotn, Sandviken, Urædd, Amazon Grimstad, Grei Kvinner Elite, Fart, Kongsvinger, Øvrevoll Hosle, Collerense (Spain), Son Sardina (Spain), F.C. Famagusta (Cyprus) and Fortuna Hjørring (Denmark).

Throughout the years, our students at the men's side (which is now called Team Fotballtalent Mallorca) have had tryouts in England, Germany, The Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Albania, Serbia, Norway and the United States. Players have since come to A-team level to Rosenborg, Molde, Brann, Sogndal, Sandefjord, Bryne, Sandnes Ulf, Lørenskog, Raufoss, Åsane, Strømmen, Xilvar (Spain), Torslanda (Sweden), Drexel Dragons Tromsdalen, Skeid, Hønefoss, Florø, Strømsgodset and Bodø / Glimt.
